Membership: There are three classes of members--single, family and frequent rider:
"Single" are single riders whether adult or the
only rider in a family (i.e., only one child rides in the family).
"Family membership" is for families where there is more than one rider (for example, a father and son).
Family membership is limited to immediate family only (wife, husband, kids under 18).
"Frequent Rider" membership is for single or family riders who use CCDR facilities frequently, in which case, this plan can be our most economical plan.

Membership in CCDR is purposely kept small (about 100). Memberships run from January 1 to December 31 and there are no provisions for "pro-rata" memberships. In other words, all memberships end on December 31, no matter what time of the year you sign up, with no pro-rata of dues.

Club Member Responsibilities: this is a club and as a member you are expected to come out occasionally and help with maintenance on Club Workdays.

Guests: There are no provisions for guests or guest riding unless the guest comes with another member. If you would like to ride on the track with a member, the member must contact one of the officers well in advance, and make provisions to sign the liability waivers.

Guest riders must join the club (for insurance reasons) and pay the per day ride fee of $25.00
Do not show up at the track unannounced and expect to ride.  If you do ride without permission, you are subject to trespassing laws.

OVERVIEW OF 2012 PLANS

As mention above, there are 3 plans:

    1. Pay as you go Single plan: Join the club for 50.00 and pay 25.00 each time you ride. A single rider can be an adult or a minor as long as he or she is the only rider. This is basically the same fees that all other riding facilities charge but you get to ride seven days a week (except during hunting season, Sundays only) on a prepped and irrigated track and don’t have spend considerable time and effort traveling to and from distant tracks.
    2. Pay as you go Family plan: Join the club for 50.00 and pay a sliding scale for members of your family on the days that you ride. 25.00 for the first rider. 25.00 for the second rider and all additional riders are free. All family members must be under the age of 18 for insurance reasons. If over 18 years old, that person must join as a single member.
    3. Frequent rider program: One fee of 695.00 covers your membership fee, and all your daily rider fees—whether on the single plan or the family plan. One fee covers all your family riders. Ride every day (except hunting season) for one price—whether you are a single rider or have the family plan. Compare this to 800.00 and up plans at other tracks and venues.

Guests: Guests must join the club ($50.00) and pay the per day fee of $25.00

Tracks:
The CCDR track is located on land belonging to Bob White, a long time motorcycle enthusiast and competitor, and is leased from him to the club. In addition to the motorcycle tracks, there is a horse farm, a model airplane flying club, hunting club and the land is also farmed. Bob, his wife, Sam and their family also live on the farm.

There are three tracks avaiable for members to use:
A small beginner motocross track
The advance rider track
And a small woods track

Hours of Operation:
There is no restriction on the hours of operation except that during Waterfowl Season (November-February) riding is limited to Sundays Only.
